Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 to 15 business days, depending on your address.
Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and product availability. You can choose your preferred shipping method during the check out process.
Shipping times are estimated and provided by our shipping partners. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the delivery provider to ensure timely delivery. In case of any delays, please contact us via support@nutriowellness.com and we will assist in resolving any issues with the shipping provider for you.
Shipping Fees
We offer free Standard shipping on all orders.
Lead Time
The lead time for each product will always vary depending on demand and supply. Our team works hard to ensure that we can keep lead time as low as possible.
The current lead time for our Pro Ice Therapy range is 6 to 8 weeks.
Order Processing
Once production of your order has been completed, it will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. During peak periods, please allow for up to 5 business days to dispatch.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Partners
We partner with reputable shipping carriers including Fedex, DHL and UPS to ensure reliable and safe delivery of your order. Our priority is to provide our customers with a seamless and efficient delivery service therefore we reserve the right to use alternative carriers when necessary.
Shipping Restrictions
Orders can only ship on business days which is Monday to Friday.
Any order could be subject to customs inspections outside of Nutrio Wellness’ control.
We cannot ship to PO boxes. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address for delivery.
Delivery Issues
In the rare event of a shipping delay, damage during transit or any other delivery issue, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at support@nutriowellness.com. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
For remote locations, please wait until the final days of your delivery window before contacting us about your delivery.
