What is the difference between the Pro Ice Therapy Tub, Tub XL and Barrel?
All our Ice Therapy baths work the same technically, when paired with the Nutrio Thermo Chiller. They are made from the same high quality, durable Fibreglass Reinforced Skin-Friendly PVC material that is able to withstand bodyweight up to 150kg.
The key point of difference is the shape and size. Our Pro Ice Therapy Tub allows the user to be immersed in a reclined position similar to a normal home bath, while the Pro Ice Therapy Barrel allows the user to be fully immersed while sitting in an upright position. It just depends on what suits you and your space better!
The Pro Ice Therapy Tub XL is simply a longer version of the standard Tub and is designed to fit up to 2 people comfortably.
I am over 6 feet tall, will I fit?
All our bath designs are made to fit anyone up to 2.1 metres tall (roughly 6′ 7″).
What temperature range can the Nutrio Thermo Chiller achieve?
The chiller can chill water to as low as 3°C (or 37°F) or heated up to 42°C (or 107.6°F).
How long does it take to chill the water to the desired temperature?
It will take a few hours to chill or heat the volume of water that our Pro Ice Therapy baths hold to the desired temperature.
Without the Nutrio Thermo Chiller, what temperature can the Pro Ice Therapy baths maintain the water temperature at?
Our collection of ice baths are fully insulated so they are able to maintain a steady water temperature of 15°C (or 59°F) if filled with regular cold tap water and set up outside in a moderate environment.
You can always add some ice to bring the temperature down further or for a more sustainable, long term solution, purchase the Nutrio Thermo Chiller to achieve your desired water temperature anytime.
Is it difficult to set up?
Your Pro Ice Therapy experience can be set up on under 30 minutes. All you need to do is pump the tub up, fill it with water, connect it to the Nutrio Thermo Chiller and set to your desired temperature.
Does the Nutrio Thermo Chiller need to be left on at all times?
When you're not using the ice bath, it's a good idea to leave the chiller running. This way, it keeps the water fresh with its filtering function.
The Nutrio Thermo Chiller is built to automatically go to silent mode once it hits your desired temperature, making it super energy efficient. Just remember to switch off the chiller unit when you're in the middle of an ice bath session.
Is it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use?
Yes, our Pro Ice Therapy collection is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Although the Nutrio Thermo Chiller is designed to be splash proof, we strongly advise to keep it sheltered from excessive rain as it must remain dry to function safely and prevent long-term damage to internal parts.
Do I have to replace the water often to keep it clean?
It depends on how often you do ice bath therapy. If you use it frequently, we would suggest changing the water in your Ice Therapy bath at least once every few months. With high usage, the removal of substances such as body oils, hair and debris like rubble and stones can put strain on the particle filters and ozone filtration system.
What regular maintenance do I need to perform?

Is it portable and easy to store when not in use?
Our Pro Ice Therapy bath collection is adaptable - it is sturdy enough to be a permanent fixture yet portable as it can be easily be drained, deflated and packed into its carry bag. The Nutrio Thermo Chiller is fitted with wheels which makes it super easy to move.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we provide worldwide shipping.
Do I get free shipping on my order?
Nutrio Wellness offers Free Standard shipping to your home or business. Extra charges will be incurred by the customer if you wish to opt for Express shipping. For further information on shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
What is the lead time?
The current lead time is 6 to 8 weeks and may vary from time to time. Our team works hard and fast to keep this as low as possible. As soon as your order has completed production, it will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
Once you’ve added an item into your cart, the current expected shipping date will be displayed. This will give you a good indication of expected lead time.
Returns and Warranty
Is there warranty offered on your products?
Yes, we offer limited 1 year manufacturing warranty. Please refer to our warranty policy for full details.
Can I purchase extended warranty?
Yes, your options to purchase extended warranty will be presented to you as you complete your order. If you do not see any options, unfortunately it means we cannot offer extended warranty in your location currently.
If I change my mind, can I get a refund for my purchase?
We offer 30 day refund for change of mind. Please note the customer will be responsible for return delivery costs in this case.
