We offer a 30-day return policy, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, from the date of delivery.

Easy return process

Your return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement under this policy.

Return condition and requirements

Returns are only accepted for purchases made online at nutriowellness.com or equivalent subdomains. Returns are not accepted for items bought via third-party distributors.

Change of mind returns

For change of mind returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

To qualify for a full refund, the returned product must be in its original condition, unused and properly packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Faulty or damaged returns

For faulty or damaged goods returns, Nutrio Wellness will cover the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive the returned product, our expert team will inspect it to verify the reported issue. If the product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will proceed with your choice of a refund or replacement.

Products that have been subjected to misuse, accidental damage, improper handling or disregard for product care instructions will not be eligible for a return under this policy.

Lost or stolen packages

Nutrio Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to have been delivered to the address entered for an order. No refunds will be provided in this case.

Upon inquiry, Nutrio Wellness will confirm the delivery address, date of delivery, shipping carrier and tracking information for the customer to investigate themselves.

Eligibility for replacement beyond 30 days
